If you have an existing Name Badge, you can fax a copy and we will duplicate it.

Standard 1X3" beveled, pin back, 2 line name badge is $4.00
   Rounded Corners add $1 each badge
   Logo add $2 each badge (one time $18 set up fee for all order less than $50)
   Magnet Back add $1
   2" X 4" add $.50

Prior to placing an order you will need to decide the following:
   Size
   Shape
   Color (of both the plastic and letters)
   Beveled Edges
   Font
   Type of information to be engraved
   Logo
   Type of back (pin, swivel clip or magnet back)
